Essential Requirements and Qualifications for a Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Ten to twelve years of experience in real estate project management or development.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in project planning and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
