Receptionist – Tamheer Programme: Gain Real-World Office Experience
This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to begin their administrative career and become an integral member of our friendly team. As a Tamheer trainee, you will experience all aspects of front-desk operations while developing core skills in customer service, office management, and communication, all within an inclusive and diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities – Receptionist Tamheer Trainee
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience at all times.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, routing them accurately and in a courteous manner.
- Coordinate visitor registration, maintain the reception area, and oversee meeting room bookings.
- Assist with scheduling, organising deliveries, and supporting daily office logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail and courier packages.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.
- Assist in maintaining records, files, and databases in line with company policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all information handled at the reception desk.
- Actively contribute to a respectful, collaborative office culture that reflects Azad Property’s values.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements – Receptionist Tamheer Programme
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamheer Programme.
- Not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months and have not previously participated in Tamheer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Customer-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new office systems.
- Reliable, adaptable team player who enjoys helping people and solving problems.
Desirable Skills and Experience – Receptionist Graduate Position
- Experience in a front-desk, administrative, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Understanding of office equipment (printers, telephony, etc.).
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude towards workplace improvement.
