Essential Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in real estate consulting and development experience.
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building and nurturing relationships.
• Proven track record in managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software tools.
