Duty Manager
Job Description
Operational
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of operational procedures and standards related to the property under management.
- Ensure the effective achievement of the allocated property objectives.
- Develop and motivate subordinates and providing them with ongoing guidance to maximize performance and operational efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators for allocated properties to ensure implementation of operational objectives and continuously monitor performance.
- Review on regular basis the processes employed in delivering services at allocated properties, in order to identify actions for improvement, recommend and implements changes to optimize the effective and efficient delivery of required services at AZAD properties.
- Oversee the service quality of the assigned property and recommend immediate remedial action plan for any escalated issues, in order to ensure high quality of services.
- Ensure customer/tenant’s complaints and queries are resolved properly and in a timely manner or directed to the relevant deportment, in order to increase customer and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new customers/tenants to promote AZAD’s properties and maintain a high level of occupancy at the allocated properties.
- Maintain routine and preventative maintenance activities as per schedules (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing) to ensure any problems are resolved proactively and escalate to the responsible functions to get required support.
- Supervise the activities of third parties and tenants (contracts, service provider, etc.) to ensure the property is suitable for customers and all services within these properties are safe and operating efficiently.
- Plan the manpower staffing of the allocated properties in collaboration with the head office, in order to ensure that manpower supply is enough and complies to AZAD staffing policies and standards.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department’s requirements, policies and standards.

- Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field
Minimum Experience:
- Two to five years of experience in a similar role
